NEVER RENT FROM GERALD BENSON (Gerry). 
He is a slum lord. His homes do not have appliances and the ones that happen to he will not repair when broken, claiming 'you didn't rent an appliance'
He will kick you out of the house you have a lease for just because he wants to and will threaten you with calling police and eviction if you don't leave within the allotted time even though you may have a lease for longer than that. He will con you into fixing items in the house saying he will pay you or take it off the rent but he never does. He will swindle you out of your deposit any way he can.
He and his family have committed mortgage lending fraud and I have the lease and witnesses to prove it. 
He is a crook and should not be allowed to rent homes to hard working people.
